Business Information: Federal Tax ID/EIN (last 4 digits only), resale certificate, business type, W-9 documentation

Account Information: Usernames, passwords (stored only as secure cryptographic hashes — we never store plaintext passwords)
1.2. Payment Information
We process payments through third-party payment processors:
Credit and Debit Cards: Processed through Authorize.net using Accept.js client-side tokenization. Your card number is tokenized directly in your browser and transmitted to Authorize.net — raw card numbers never touch or pass through our servers. We store only transaction IDs, payment amounts, and the last four digits of the card for reference.
ACH/Bank Transfers: Processed through Helcim using HelcimPay.js client-side tokenization. Bank account details are entered directly into Helcim’s secure iframe — raw bank account numbers never touch or pass through our servers. We store only transaction references, payment amounts, and the last four digits of the account for reference.
WE DO NOT STORE, PROCESS, OR HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR FULL CREDIT CARD NUMBERS, CVV CODES, OR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS. All payment card data handling complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements under SAQ A-EP.
1.3. Information Collected Automatically
When you access our Services, we may automatically collect:
Device Information: Browser type and version, operating system, device type

3.1. We Do NOT Sell Your Data
WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, TRADE, OR OTHERWISE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES FOR THEIR MARKETING PURPOSES. We have never sold personal data and have no plans to do so.
3.2. Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, subject to confidentiality agreements. These include:
Payment Processors: Authorize.net (credit card processing), Helcim (ACH/bank payment processing)
Shipping Carriers: UPS, LTL freight carriers via FreightView (for shipping quotes and label generation)
Accounting Software: QuickBooks Online (invoice and payment sync, when authorized by you)
Cloud Infrastructure: Hosting and database providers that store our platform data

4. SMS / Text Message Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Keder Screens may send you recurring transactional order-notification text (SMS) messages about your own orders (e.g., order ready, balance due, shipped, delivered). This program sends transactional order notifications only — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages through it.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your email communications.
We do not sell or share your mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS consent — with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. We share it only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages (such as our SMS platform and telecommunications carriers), and solely for that purpose.
5. Data Security
5.1. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information, including:
Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are disabled.
Payment Tokenization: Credit card and bank account data is tokenized client-side and never stored on our servers (PCI DSS SAQ A-EP compliant).
Password Security: All passwords are stored using bcrypt cryptographic hashing — we cannot see or retrieve your password.
Access Controls: Role-based access controls limit data access to authorized personnel only. Different portal access levels (dealer, employee, rep firm) are enforced through authenticated JWT tokens.
Rate Limiting: Login endpoints and sensitive operations are rate-limited to prevent brute force attacks.
Security Headers: Our platforms implement HSTS, Content Security Policy, X-Frame-Options, and other HTTP security headers.
Firewall: Server access is restricted to essential ports only (SSH, HTTP, HTTPS). All internal services are bound to localhost and not directly accessible from the internet.
Audit Logging: Authentication events, account changes, and sensitive operations are logged for security monitoring.
5.2. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5.3. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
6. Data Retention
6.1. We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6.2. Order records, invoices, and payment transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for tax and legal compliance purposes.
6.3. When your data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention procedures.
